Yes. DocZen is available nationwide. Patients can search any Indian city or town, and doctors and clinics across India can apply to join. Local listings and appointment slots depend on participating practices and their published schedules.

Searching and booking on the website is free. Consultation fees are separate and are shown before you confirm.

For an in-person appointment, pay the clinic directly. When video consultations are available, the booking page explains any required online payment before you confirm.

Yes, and this is the normal case on DocZen, not an exception. Add them as a patient under your account and book on their behalf.

Open your private booking details to cancel an eligible upcoming appointment. Cancel as early as possible so the clinic can offer the time to someone else. If cancellation is no longer available, contact the clinic.

Before the profile goes live, we check the doctor's registration, either against the official register of the council that issued it (the state medical council for a doctor, the state dental council for a dentist) or by reviewing the original registration certificate and degree in person. We also confirm identity, qualifications and the clinic they practise at. A profile that does not check out does not go up.

Appointment information can reveal private health details. We restrict access to authorized users and clinic staff. We never sell it, and you can request deletion at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

We are deliberately honest here. Where a clinic gives us its own estimate, we show that. Once we have enough completed visits at a clinic to measure a real median wait, we show that instead. If we do not have either yet, we say we do not know rather than invent a number.

Video consultations are not available yet. Browse listed clinics for in-person appointments and check each practice’s availability.

Appointment times belong to the clinic, and clinics can run behind schedule for reasons outside anyone's control, most often an earlier patient's visit taking longer than planned. We show the clinic's own estimate to help you plan, but we cannot guarantee the exact minute.

No. DocZen books planned, non-urgent appointments only. If this is an emergency in India, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Outside India, call your local emergency number.

The Listed plan includes a free verified profile that patients can find. Patient appointment bookings through DocZen require an active paid clinic plan. Applying does not purchase a subscription or guarantee publication; see Pricing for the included tools and charges.

Before your profile goes live, we check your registration against your own council's official register (your state medical council or the NMC register for a doctor, your state dental council for a dentist). Where the register cannot confirm it, a DocZen reviewer can instead inspect your original registration certificate and degree in person. We also confirm your identity, qualifications and practice location.

Yes. The slots shown to patients come from availability you set. DocZen does not invent or pad your schedule.
