Can patients book on DocZen yet?
You can browse listed practices and book where a clinic has published availability. If no doctor or appointment is available in your location, we say so. No app installation is needed.
Is DocZen free for patients?
Yes. DocZen is completely free for patients. There is no booking fee and no charge to create an account.
Do I pay for the consultation on DocZen?
For a clinic visit, you pay the clinic directly. Check the consultation fee before booking. If a doctor offers video consultations, the booking page explains any online payment required.
Can I book an appointment for my parent or my child?
Yes. Add a family profile or enter their details while booking, then choose who the appointment is for. Your account keeps your family’s bookings together.
How does DocZen verify a doctor?
Before a profile goes live, DocZen checks the doctor's registration, either against the issuing council's official register or by reviewing the original registration certificate and degree in person. We also confirm their identity, qualifications and the clinic they practise at. A profile that has not been verified cannot be published.
Which cities and specialities does DocZen cover?
