How an online consultation works
1. Choose a doctor and time
The booking form selects video consultation and shows the consultation fee before you confirm.
2. Keep your confirmation
Your private booking page holds the call link and payment instructions. The clinic may collect directly, or offer online payment where enabled.
3. Join at your booked time
Open the video link on your phone or computer, allow the call service to use your camera and microphone, and wait for your doctor.
