All prices are INR and include GST. Monthly allowances are shared across the clinic and remain monthly on annual plans. WhatsApp messages mean automated appointment confirmations and reminders sent through WhatsApp, not SMS, marketing campaigns or unlimited patient conversations. Additional WhatsApp usage needs a separate written quote before activation.

WhatsApp provider setup, patient consent and verified delivery are required before activation. Scheduled reminders are not yet a dependable live service. Paid features and support are activated only when available for your clinic. Keep your existing reminder process until activation is confirmed.

Approved clinic owners can activate a one-time 14-day Clinic Care trial with up to five doctor and five receptionist accounts, after authorising a card or UPI Autopay mandate. The trial does not enable DocZen patient booking; that requires a purchased plan. WhatsApp delivery requires separate activation and is not automatically enabled by the trial. Clinic Care renews at INR 6,999 per month, GST included, on the trial end date unless cancelled. Razorpay takes and automatically refunds an INR 5 authorisation payment. Billing shows the exact first-charge date before authorisation; access starts only after the mandate is confirmed. A listing never triggers a charge. Recurring subscriptions are purchased through website billing when checkout is enabled.

Setup and extra help

Remote assisted setup covers schedules, staff configuration and training. Data migration starts at INR 4,999, quoted after reviewing a sample. Extra seats and locations need a written quote.

Priority support for Essential or Practice Plus: INR 1,499/month, with a target acknowledgement within two business hours once activated. Planned staffed hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm IST, subject to service activation. Acknowledgement targets are not resolution guarantees. Fixing DocZen defects is included for every package.

A staffed booking desk is a separate service: provisional INR 5,999/month for 300 handling minutes. Personally handling patient calls and changes is not included in WhatsApp message allowances. Availability and scope must be confirmed in writing before purchase.

Invited clinics: 30% off your first annual term

Keep monthly flexibility, or save two monthly payments with standard annual billing. Personally invited clinics can redeem a clinic-specific voucher for 30% off that annual price for year one.

  • Essential: ₹13,993 for year one with an eligible invitation voucher; normal annual renewal ₹19,990, GST included.
  • Practice Plus: ₹27,993 for year one with an eligible invitation voucher; normal annual renewal ₹39,990, GST included.
  • Clinic Care: ₹48,993 for year one with an eligible invitation voucher; normal annual renewal ₹69,990, GST included.

Invitation required; not an automatic checkout discount. One voucher per clinic, first annual term only, before its stated expiry. Monthly subscriptions, setup, migration and extra usage are excluded. No stacking with other offers. Payment-method eligibility is shown before authorisation. Existing accepted founding quotes keep their agreed terms.

A separate 50% first-year pilot offer is reserved for up to ten named clinics working with us on structured feedback. It is not a public coupon or a lifetime discount. Voucher activation requires a configured and verified payment offer.

Why the booking-source report exists

The loudest complaint against booking platforms everywhere is being charged for a patient the practice found on its own. Each paid package shows you the split between bookings DocZen brought you and bookings you brought yourself, so pricing can never be a black box you have to take on faith.

DocZen charges a flat subscription for clinic software. There is no payment per patient, per booking or per referral. We do not sell ranking.

Patient booking remains free. Each package covers one clinic location with the doctor and receptionist accounts shown above. Web operations include the front desk, collections, receipts and reports listed above. App access follows the clinic’s role and plan permissions, and each app’s release status.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is there a contract?
No. Pay month to month and cancel any time, with no lock-in. If you prefer, pay for a year up front and get two months free; a yearly plan cancelled early is refunded for the whole months you have not used.
What happens if I cancel?
Your free listing stays visible. DocZen patient booking ends when your paid term ends. Cancelling does not delete your clinic records or charge you to export them. There is no cancellation fee.
Do you take a cut of my consultation fee?
No. We charge no per-patient, per-booking or referral fee to either doctors or clinics. In-person consultation fees are paid directly to the clinic. If online payments are enabled, any payment-provider processing charge is disclosed separately.
Do you charge patients anything?
No. DocZen is free for patients. There is no booking fee and no charge to create an account.
