The form guides you through seven sections. These are the three milestones behind them.

Add your contact details, professional registration and qualifications. If you already have a DocZen profile, request access from that profile instead.
Describe where you practise
Add each clinic or hospital, your relationship to it, consultation fees and weekly hours. Review everything before you submit.
Complete verification
We check your credentials and authority at each location. Track the review, respond to corrections and share your profile once it is published.

After approval, edit your introduction, languages and profile photo from your browser. Qualification changes go through review before they appear publicly.

Patients can see your locations, consultation fees and weekly hours. An active paid clinic plan enables patient bookings through DocZen.

Let completed visits build trust

Ratings from completed DocZen appointments can appear on your public profile. Written feedback is moderated before it is shown.

Add clinic tools when you need them

A free listing includes a public profile. Purchase a clinic plan to accept patient bookings through DocZen and use its included practice tools.

Manage your profile and clinic in a web browser. The clinic Android app is distributed through the clinic dashboard when a signed release is available. Play Store and signed Windows releases are coming later. Patients use the website; check current device availability.

Before you begin

Can I list as a freelance or independent doctor?

Yes. Choose visiting / freelance consultant to list the clinics or hospitals where you consult. Choose independent doctor if you have no fixed clinic: submit your professional profile and base city without a clinic address, fees or hours. Your credentials are reviewed before publication. A profile without an approved consultation location cannot accept bookings.

How do I verify my account?

Sign in with the six-digit code sent to your email before starting. Your application stays linked to that verified account. This verifies your email; professional registration and clinic authority are checked separately before publication.

What should I have ready?

Your registration and qualification details, clinic or hospital addresses, your relationship to each location, consultation fees and weekly hours.

Do I have to buy a clinic plan to be listed?

No. Choose the free listing in the plan step. Paid clinic tools are optional, and selecting a preference in this form does not subscribe you or authorise payment. Compare the options.

Can I save my application and finish later?

Yes. Sign in with your email and use “Save draft” in the form. Saving is explicit; a draft has not been submitted for review.

What if my doctor profile already exists?

Find your published profile, open it and request verified access. A reviewer checks your identity and registration, and the linked clinics must approve access.
