Find the exact visit first
Open My appointments and select the booking you want to change. Check the patient name, doctor, clinic and date before taking action, especially if you organise visits for several family members.
Keep the booking reference handy. It helps you and the clinic identify the correct visit and avoid cancelling a similar appointment by mistake.
Use the options available to that booking
If the appointment page offers a move to another time, review the new date and clinic details before submitting it. The available options depend on the appointment and its current state; a token sitting may need a different arrangement from a fixed slot.
If you cannot move it in your account, contact the clinic. If you choose to cancel, read any payment or refund information shown for that visit before you confirm. Do not assume the same rule applies to every appointment type.
Replace the old plan
After a successful change, save the new confirmation and remove the old time from your calendar. Tell the person attending and anyone arranging transport about the new plan.
If a screen stops responding or a connection fails after you submit a change, check the appointment status before trying again. This avoids creating confusion from repeated requests. Contact the clinic if the status remains unclear.
