When a doctor practises at more than one clinic

Check the practice attached to your appointment because address, hours and fee can vary.

One profile can contain several practice locations

A doctor's profile may show appointments at more than one clinic. Each practice can have its own address, consultation hours and fee. Select the practice you can reach and read its details before choosing a date.

A familiar doctor name is not enough to identify the destination. Look at the locality and full address on the appointment you are about to confirm.

Check the visit as a complete set

Read the doctor, clinic, consultation type, fee and schedule together. If you switch between a doctor's practice locations while browsing, check that the selected date still belongs to the clinic you want.

If you need building access information, directions or help finding reception, contact the specific clinic. A location name alone may not answer those practical questions.

Pass on the right address

After booking, share the appointment confirmation with the person attending. If they have visited the same doctor elsewhere before, point out the clinic on this booking explicitly.

Keep the clinic's contact details and booking reference nearby on the day. If the clinic changes a location or time, rely on the updated confirmation and verify the change with that practice.
